EXCHANGE TERMS:

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• The exchange process does not cover shipping charges—only the product value will be adjusted via bank transfer.
• If an item is exchanged, the customer will be responsible for an additional Rs.199 delivery fee for the new order
